New backyard and a cotton candy sky! #homeschatz

This year, I had to miss Valentine’s Day for a work trip, but leave it to @awindhorst to bring Valentine’s Day to me! This was the BEST surprise to come back to, especially after a reallllly long day. I may or may not have cried happy tears in my delirious state 🤪 and am so thankful for such a loving and thoughtful husband 🥰

Today is a very bittersweet day. Bitter, because we’re leaving California after 2 years in this special place. We have loved getting to spend so much time with our amazing friends here. 👯‍♀️ We also got to go on lots of adventures - to the coast, the mountains and of course, wine tasting. 🍷 While living here we got engaged and married! 💍 Sweet, because we’re moving to Arizona and will be closer to my amazing, loving and supportive family! 🥰 We’re also homeowners again - the newest residents of Scottsdale. 🏠 We’re excited for even more adventures and exploring ⛰ I feel so fortunate to have so much love in my life spread all over the country now - and am looking forward to what this next chapter brings!

Today’s stress level is at 💯, so taking a break, breathing deep and reminding myself that life is beautiful. And, life is especially beautiful on #LaGomera 🙌🏼 🍌 I have been meaning to share these photos from time there for the last 2 weeks, but you know, life 🤣 #CanaryIslands #tripschatz

We spent a week in #Tenerife and just scratched the surface! Most people come to this Spanish #CanaryIsland for the beaches, but there’s oh so much more to explore! . . I already miss waking up to this view at the @ritzcarltonabama , driving the windy roads to #Masca and #LosGigantes , visiting the #Teide volcano in day and night for stargazing, having an incredible meal at @abama_kabuki_tenerife , taking in all of the views in #Anaga , seeing gorgeous whales with @whalewatchtenerife , eating the best fried cheese at @elcalderitodelaabuela , the endless beaches and wine tasting at @bodegasmonje 🍷 . . @tripschatz has all of the details on this magical place ✨

It was such a whirlwind visit to #London but managed to pack in so much! . . Played tourist with @awindhorst all around town, had fish & chips from @fishcotheque_ , stayed at the @londonmarriottcountyhall right on the Thames, had the best Indian food at @dishoom and had afternoon tea at @claridgeshotel 🙌🏼 . .
